Still No Response From Facebook Team

I also asked a question almost two weeks ago- requested to turn my group into a page- no response. Followed up a week ago, and still nothing.

How long does it usually take to get a response? thanks!

Facebook won't convert groups to pages anymore, I also tried three weeks ago and got no response and only found this out by going to the help center again. Don't let us know that though:(

I'm verrrry much regretting trying to change my password and email.....this was 3 days ago, and never got a reset email from them.

Their customer service must be virtually nonexistent, no ?

yep...me too....account was hacked, password changed and now i can't login. Sent them like more then 10 emails via their web forms and not a single response from them. No urgency at all....Moral of the story, they don't care, only pretended to care and all information still belongs to them. This sucks.

My advise to all others who are not a Facebook user NOT to sign up......

Hi Alvin, and everyone.....I managed to get back on, and not sure how (aaaargh, I know).

Howeverrrr, what even prompted me to try was talking to a techie guy on a Sierra Club hike. He said simply try to log in, but use an INCORRECT password.

You'll then get a prompt asking 'did you forget your password?' At this point simply say yes and it'll be emailed to you, esp if you forgot it.

Thanks for your reply....i wish i could do like what you did...except that for my case i signed up on my mobile phone and i did not add in my email address....so there is no way i can self service to get the password back.

Ah Jeesh !

Oh well. In any event, just watch, I'll make some new blunder down the road...just waiting for something else I won't understand to blow up.

I know exactly what you mean. I haven't been able to access my Facebook account for about two months now. I have sent about a hundred requests to them regarding my forgotten password. I get NOTHING back. No response. I am extremely upset and irritated by this whole thing!!!!! Does someone know what I can do? Please!!

im having the same problem.. password/username/login problem.
have sent then dozens of emails..
reading from the comments above, does this mean i may not be able to login to my account ever again?

It has been exactly one week since my account was disabled (mafia wars - sending too many f/r too quickly). I have e-mailed disabled@facebook.com and appeals@facebook.com every day to no avail. Friends have also written on my behalf but they received a response from FB stating they can only discuss the situation with the account holder. A rather ironic reply since I've tried to contact them for seven straight days. Any suggestions?
