Inappropriate?Thumbs up is a combination of google reader likes, feedly shares. We are not yet sure if we will add the google reader like: our user test show that most users are confused by the differences between like, share, share with note, tweet, etc.. So we read the google reader metadata but we are not sure yet if we will include a separate option of like. We are waiting to see were the community drives us on this so we appreciate your feedback.

Right, its not sure where the different exactly is, but if you dont allow to use this feature youre breaking some of the experience and possibilities. I profit of people who use "like" but i cant participate.
Perhaps its really the best way to combine both features as i and a few friends always fave AND like (which is annoying).
