Very sorry for the delay: the last few weeks have been a perfect storm. The bug has been fixed in 2.x.167. Please re-download feedly for safari and clear your browser cache and you should be able to see the title of the Japanese articles. Thanks for the detailed bug report.

Inappropriate?Hmm. Sorry about that. This bug must be caused by some font size issue, could you please let me know what are your default font settings in Safari so that we can try to reproduce this problem. Thank you!

Inappropriate?Oh, Thanks for quick reply! well, my browser is Safari Version 4.0.3 (6531.9) on Mac OS X 10.6. Standard font: Times, 16pt, Fixed-width font: Courier, 13 pt. Japanese font I use is Hiragino kaku gothic pro, 13pt, which is pre-installed default font of japanese environment. This font is applied for both standard and fixed-width font setting in [Preferences]. Based on your guess, I changed these font size into 9pt and 24pt, however, still have same problem. Thank you.
