Change the tweet link to ping
instead of using the twitter link on articles, why not connect it to ping.fm or hellotxt.com or allow the user to specify which microblogging solution they would want to share it to.

Inappropriate?personally, i'd like to integrate ping.fm just because it let's me hit all the services that i broadcast. ping.fm is also using getsatisfaction perhaps this will help integrate them as an option. but selecting identi.ca as a single sharing service or plurk or jaiku would allow users flexibility in this regard.

Inappropriate?I use ping.fm to update my sites like Twitter, Friendfeed, plurk, jaiku, myspace and many more. I can link to twitter and Friendfeed but a ping.fm or hellotxt would be great.

Inappropriate?I would love the integration of Laconica servers eg identi.ca. But ping.fm would kill all services with one big bang :)
