Feedly 1.2 scrolling/rendering performance issues in FireFox 3.5. (box shadow)
Use of -moz-box-shadow is causing major performance issues when applied to the .area div that holds content. Scrolling now uses a large chunk of CPU time and Feedly is now considered unusable in my opinion. I am using Firefox 3.5.4.
Removal of -moz-box-shadow using Firebug restores Feedly's old performance with minimal changes in appearance.
Feedly is practically unresponsive on both systems I use it on; an Athlon 64 4400+ x2 core and a Core2Duo 3.2gighz. Can the use of -moz-box-shadow be disabled by default with an option under Advanced to turn it on?
Is there a reason this resource intensive CSS 3 style is being used? I know it is attractive to look at but is slaughtering my experience with Feedly.
