Feedly 2.x brakes StackOverflow.com's javascript with Firefox 3.5.4

I recently updated to Firefox 3.5.4 on my system (Ubuntu 9.10) and feedly has been updated accordingly (to version 2.x). Since the upgrade, the javascript of StackOverflow.com doesn't work anymore. Other sites still have javascript working so it's not a global problem but as a heavy stackoverflow.com user, I add to disable feedly (sadly).
