Flickr pool feed items won't stay away when read and hidden
This is in addition to the issue of the 'mark all as read' button not working - even if I individually click the X on each item they come back next time I look at that feed, they are grey so feedly remembers that I've read them.

Inappropriate?Yes. Hide is temporary (within a browser session). The solution to work around that problem is to simply turn on the unread only filter.
-
Inappropriate?Oh sorry, I should have mentioned, that's part of the problem. 'unread only' has been checked the whole time. Sometimes this feed will stop showing up in cover, digest etc when they're all read (sometimes not), but if I click on the feed in the dashboard the list of grey read items is there again, where the expected behaviour is for it to just say 'there are no unread articles left'.
Whatever it is must be connected with something that makes the flickr pool feed different from most feeds (I would guess that a flickr individual's feed would behave like the pool but I haven't tested that yet). -
Thanks for the details. Do you have a sample flickr pool feed we can try to subscribe to? -
Inappropriate?this is the one i'm having problems with

edit: hmm, getsatisfaction breaks the link - try http://tinyurl.com/laay89 -
Inappropriate? We fixed a few bugs in 2.x.012 (which is going out right now). If you are running 2.x could you please retry next time you restart firefox? If you are runnning 1.2, 2.0 or 2.1, could you please re-install the latest 2.x from www.feedly.com

Inappropriate? No luck, really. They showed up grey (when I viewed the feed in the dashboard), I clicked the X on some, closed Feedly, reopened it and there they all were again, grey, read, as before. The 'unread only' filter remains on.
There is a slight change - clicking the feed title when in the feed view previously caused the grey items to disappear - and then reappear again (I don't know if it would do the same with blue, unread ones) - now if I do that I consistently get the following error:
Despite trying really hard, Feedly was not able to load this feed
There are multiple reasons this could happen:
* Access to this feed might require a username and password (feedly does not know yet how to access and load authenticated feeds).
* The specified URL does not point to a valid RSS or ATOM feed (in which case you might want to contact the owner of the website you are trying to subscribe to and let them know about the problem).
* You are running into a feedly bug (in which case, please open a ticket and let us know so that we can track this issue down).

Inappropriate? That error now seems gone - but any progress with the main issue? Were you able to reproduce it?
-
Can you please clarify what you mean by the main issue? -
Inappropriate?that the flickr pool feed, when all the items are read, continues to show them all grey, when all other feeds, when all the items are read, show 'there are no unread articles left'.
-
I see. Can you double check under the pen icon is the unread only option is checked please? -
Inappropriate?Confirmed. Also the view is 'titles only', if that helps.
-
Instead of title only, can you please try picture grid? -
Inappropriate?Same result.(I think I might have switched from picture grid in the first place during initial troubleshooting, as the items don't each have an individual 'X' in that view). The items can be clicked on and then removed with the 'X' individually, and the grid behaves correctly, until I switch to another feed or the cover or digest etc and then switch back to it via the dashboard, then the picture grid appears as before with the removed items back in place, consistent with the titles only view.
