Missing "Add Source" Link

I'm brand new to anything like this. The instructions for adding feeds are not even close to detailed enough. I need screen shots! Below are the help directions for adding content. One blog I want to subscribe to only offers the option to copy and paste the URL. The directions tell me to click on "add source link" at the top of the page, but it doesn't tell me which page or what the icon might look like. I can't find it anywhere! Please help!!!

Q01 | How do I add content to my feedly? There are 4 ways to add content to your feedly. ...1) You can navigate directly to a website and use the +f or RSS icon which appears in the URL bar, ...2) you can go to the explore page and search for sources based on a topic of what other twitter users are reading and subscribe to the ones you like, ...3) you can click on the add source link at the top of the page and enter the url of a website or RSS feed, ...4) you can go to the “organize sources” page (aka dashboard) and use the import option to import an existing netvibes or bloglines account.
