Nytimes custom feeds break Feedly?
The New York Times has developed a prototype that lets users create custom feeds from their site: http://prototype.nytimes.com/customFe....
However, in order to get it to load into Feedly, I need to first load it into Google Reader (which works fine), and then sync it onto Feedly. Otherwise I get the "Despite trying really hard, Feedly was not able to load this feed." Is this a Feedly bug? Or just an incompatibility issue?
Here's the full message I get:
Despite trying really hard, Feedly was not able to load this feed
There are multiple reasons this could happen:
* Access to this feed might require a username and password (feedly does not know yet how to access and load authenticated feeds).
* The specified URL does not point to a valid RSS or ATOM feed (in which case you might want to contact the owner of the website you are trying to subscribe to and let them know about the problem).
* You are running into a feedly bug (in which case, please open a ticket and let us know so that we can track this issue down).

Inappropriate? Thanks a bunch. I'm looking forward to it. Feedly is awesome, btw.
I’m confident in Feedly.

Inappropriate?Update: we were able to replicate and solve this problem. We were off by one in our encoding logic. The fix will be in the 2.x.106 patch we will push out later this evening so everything should be back to normal if you restart firefox tomorrow.
This fix will save a lot of pain to a lot of users. Thanks for the heads up and have a great week end!

Inappropriate?Hmmm. It's still not working for me. Though I'm not sure if I got the patch yet. I basically just clicked on "get our latest version" on the blog, but I still get the same error message. Any chance the patch release got delayed?
