How do we get the page onto Facebook???
Is there any guidance for placing a firstgiving page onto Facebook? I have no idea how to do this.

Inappropriate? If you would like to add your or someone else's Firstgiving page to your Facebook profile please go to: http://www.facebook.com/apps/applicat...
and click "sign up" in the upper right hand corner.
Once the app. has been added you can enter your entire page address (including the http://) and it will add it to your profile.
I’m loving our Facebook Application !

But that is the part I do NOT understand. I already have a page w/Facebook. What happens when I go to that page - I do not know what to do. -
Inappropriate? Finally got to add a new tab, is that it? Or some other spot? Need a teenager to help me.

Inappropriate?I am entirely frustrated. When I go to the link Beth sent, there is nowhere to "sign up" because it remembers me. And what step is next anyway? This makes no sense and is a disaster on a day filled with lots of small ones. So annoying. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Inappropriate?Hi Annie,
If you've already added the Firstgiving application to your facebook profile, click the "Boxes" tab on your profile page. You should then see a box that says "Fundraising." In the upper right-hand corner, click the link that says, "see all."
At the top of this page, it should say "Enter a page address at Firstgiving or get your own fundraising page." Copy the url from your fundraising page and click the "Add page" button. Your fundraising page should then appear on your profile.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?I'm having similar issues. The "go to application" does not seem to be working on http://www.new.facebook.com/apps/appl...
Under the Info tab of my profile, it shows Firstgiving....but that is it. My firstgiving page is not viewable anywhere and I've yet to find somewhere to enter the url for my page.
Help!

Inappropriate?Do you have a "Boxes" tab on your profile? Firstgiving is on my info. page, but my fundraising pages are in the Boxes tab, along with bumper stickers, etc. I feel your new Facebook pain :(.

Inappropriate?Tiffany
If you click the Fundraising icon (little green FG) in the application toolbar at the bottom of the browser window it will take you to the Fundraising application main page. A the top of the page there is a area where you can enter a firstgiving page address (ex. http://www.firstgiving.com/mozilla). Type in your fundraising page address and click the "add page" button.
If you are still having a problem adding your page, try removing the app and reinstalling it.
Here is the link to the application:

Inappropriate? Thanks Mark, thanks Beth. Both Tiffany and I (without knowing each other) have the same problem. If you either of you read the Facebook /Fundraising page, you would know that others have an issue as well. The button that says 'Go to applications'. But when it is clicked, it goes nowhere. Is that your issue or Facebook? So I cannot follow any other steps because my page has never been entered into anything. No response when I try to post it for the FIRST time. Additionally, on that page, there is NO "Fundraising icon (little green FG) in the application toolbar at the bottom of the browser window", so I cannot click on it. What is going on? Frustration grows like a river flows (Emmy Lou Harris paraphrased) Ann F.
I’m frustrated almost to the max

Inappropriate?I am frustrated. I have the same exact problem as Annie.

Inappropriate? We are aware of the issue and Mark is looking into a fix.
The only workaround I know of currently is to switch to the old Facebook, add the application, then switch back to the new Facebook.
Watch this space for updates. -

Inappropriate? We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. We've discovered that our application doesn't function with the new Facebook platform, so we are in the process of identifying the problem and getting it up and running again.
Thanks for alerting us to the problem, and we'll let you know when it's fixed!
I’m not pleased with new facebook
