ConfusedL Forum and Satisfaction areas
Confused about the Forums and the Getsatisfaction area.
They are not the same; however, when I log into my forum account http://www.flock.com/user/8370 it does not do anything for asking questions.
I get to this satisfaction page from the broswer (give feedback)
Do I delete my forum account into? Cause when I go there and see a link that says
Give Us Feedback with this link: http://getsatisfaction.com/flock/topi...? it sends me here, but I cannot ask a question until I log in, which is NOT the same log in as I did from the first link.
I had to access new password as I thought they were the same thing but when I tried to create an account here it said my email was already used, so I been here before....
I need to know if the older forum account info is useless now...

There are definitely a few legacy items left over that are confusing. In short: your flock.com account can be used for posting comments on www.flock.com/blog, but our forums are permanently closed. GetSatisfaction is our #1 support location.
