I would like to add e-mail I get through my own website to show up in the accounts and services sidebar. Is there a way to do that?

Inappropriate?There is not a way to do this at the moment. Only Flock's supported services are listed. If you keep the Favorites Toolbar visible in Flock, you can always link to it here (I'd imagine you're doing this already).
