2.0.3 -> sidebar error... not only the people sidebar, also rss and other, media bar and 'my world' page...

Hi Sakti,
Sounds like your database got corrupted. Could you rename flock-data.sqlite to oldflock-data.sqlite in your profile directory? Then start Flock and re-login to your accounts.

1) backup your feeds and RSS (http://www.flock.com/faq/show/64#q_86757)
2) close Flock
3)
- in Mac, go to (your home folder)>Library>Application Support>Flock>[some numbers].default
- in XP, go to C;\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Application Data\Flock\Browser\Profiles\[some numbers].default
- in Vista, go to C:\Users\[your login profile name]\AppData\Roaming\Flock\Browser\Profiles\[some numbers].default
4) find the file called flock-data.sqlite
5) rename it to oldflock-data.sqlite
6) restart Flock

Jasmin, so you found the flock-data.sqlite file, renamed it, and the People sidebar is not showing the Twitter and Facebook links? After renaming the file and restarting Flock, you will need to re-login to your sites.
Once you re-login to sites that Flock supports, do they appear in the Accounts and Services sidebar? (View->Sidebar->Accounts and Services)
If still having problems please go to Tools, Addons, select each browser extension, click Disable, then restart Flock. Any better? If not, please start a new thread on http://getsatisfaction.com/flock/ and describe what you're seeing so you can get more specific support. -
Hi Chris,
My apologies. It took a while before Flock could reload the widgets and sidebar accounts and services. It works now. Earlier, it was still blank and the buttons were non-responsive. Hope flock could improve on this. I really like the features on flock and I got really frustrated when it failed me. Thanks. -

Inappropriate?I have same problem and I followed a different thread which suggested DELETING the flock-data.sqlite file - which I did but it didn't fix it. Now I don't know waht to do as the file is gone - any suggestions??
