Flock is slow while browsing, watching videos etc.
Since a week (no changes made to system or flock) my flock browser is incredibly slow! This means that i.E. YouTube Videos can't be streamed but lag (not because of connection!), sometimes I can't click on i.E. a tab for 1-3 seconds before it starts working again.. My system is a Dell Studio Laptop, running on Windows Vista, with 4GB of RAM...Flock is set to "High Priority" in the Memory Management of the Task Manager...What else can I do in order that Flock runs again as smoothly as when I first downloaded it?

Inappropriate?Hi Simon,
Try following the steps on our Tune-Up page. This does a good job of streamlining browser performance.

Hope this helps,

Inappropriate?Hi Cam, first thanks for your fast answer.. I completed the steps..or well lets say.. I didn't deactivate my Adblock and del.icio.us addons because without these the Browser would be useless for me, so doesn't make sense to deactivate them. I have no Feeds in the sidebar as im using netvibes for feeds. I reseted the Lucene folder, which made a little impact. Browsing seems to go smoothly now (have to make a check for the next few hours though...) but streaming videos from Youtube or similar still lags.. same videos streaming in ie7, firefox3, opera9 or safari3 works without lagging...so cant be youtube to blame :( Still thanks for your help until now!
