Your browser is not starting a new session. it is opening with multiple tabs of old pages even after I click to start a new session.

Sorry for the delayed response, somehow your post slipped through the cracks.
Perhaps you have Flock set to always load your windows and tabs from last time? the place to check on this preference is:
Mac: Flock>Preferences>Main
Windows: Tools>Options>Main
Linux: File>Preferences>Main
Is Flock set to "When Flock starts: Show my windows and tabs from last time"?
