How do you sort Favorites?

First, I suggest upgrading to Flock 2.0.3 if you haven't already. It has the best favorites management support. It is available from the official site here:
http://www.flock.com/download
Then, go to the Favorites menu and select Organize Favorites. In that window you can reorder your favorites as you like. :)

Inappropriate?I can sort favorites in Organize Favorites section but when I close it my favorites are still unsorted (see attached screenshots)
Can you please help?

This solves the problem

As you've discovered, you can sort bookmarks in the Organize Favorites dialog, but this sorting does not affect the order in your Favorites menu. This is a problem in Firefox as well. You can sort favorites within folders, however -- right-click on the folder name, then Sort by Name.
