Unfortunately I don't think there's an easy way to do this. The icons used for Favorites generally come from the websites themselves.

it can be done on IE real easy cause I found the file they are saved in but I also had to turn the file into a READ ONLY file to keep the internet sites from changing the icons -

I don't know if that works in Flock and it's not officially sanctioned by Flock Inc, but it is worth a try.
