Short urls expanded only from people sidebar
why are short urls expanded when I mouse over them in the people sidebar but not in the main browser?
The url text displayed in bottom left corner of browser expands bit.ly and tinyurl links if I mouse over them in the people sidebar but not if I mouse over the same link in the browser pane. I LOVE that I can see full urls to check for questionable sites, but I don't understand the logic or architectural reasons for why it doesn't work in the main window.
