i wouldlike to add a web address - page to open up in window within a page of my project can I do that?

Yes you can add a web address to your story as a link. Please click on the drop down arrow next to "Button", select "Basic Button". Under the "Page Elements" tab, click the drop down arrow next to "Action" and select 'Hyperlink to' then type in the desired link in the URL space. I hope this helps.
