editing the index.html page when a story is saved as a web project.

Web Project question. I have saved a story as a web project to run on our web servers. The story will be opening in a pop up, fixed size window.

With the default settings, the pop up window opens immediately when the index.html page loads, however I would like to be able to have the user click a link on the index page and open the pop up window when they have read other content on the index.html page.

Can someone point me to what part of the javascript on the index.html page needs to be edited in order to achieve this? Thanks.
