Don't allow blank tips/to-dos

There are tips and to-dos all over Foursquare that say 'Go to _____ and ' and that's it, because that's what the iPhone app pre-fills and people seem to accidentally hit the 'Add' button a lot without entering text. The iPhone app shouldn't allow this, and there should be a way to flag the blank tips for deletion. Seriously, they're all over the place.
