I suspect I know of a cheater. What should I do about it?
There's this dude, you see, who is the motherfucking mayor of 50 some places. He has 90 nights out, but 700 checkins. I smell a cheat.

Inappropriate?Well, there's not much you can do about that, and I'm not sure anyone really cares, especially since points get you, well, not much. If they're playing a game that gets you no tangible reward other than bragging rights, and they cheat, that means they get to brag about ... cheating? I'd let them be, no real point to it, but if you see that the places they create are bogus, then you could potentially flag them (say, if they created a place called "My Pants"). -

Inappropriate?it's not hard to get mayorships if you live in an area with few players or just check into places no one else is checking into (i'm the mayor of the local Hallmark store! lol). I've had as many as 40 mayorships but now that more people are playing in my area those thinly held mayorships are being lost to the new players.
He could just be one of the early adopters and acquired these mayorships due to lack of competition and now that you are playing you'll grab a few of them.

Agreed. 900 checkins in 70 nights averages out to just over 7 checkins a night...which isn't by any means inconceivable, depending on the user's social habits (or work duties...900 checkins is nothing compared to what a pizza delivery guy could rack up!)
Heck, look at my stats: Right now, I have 20 mayorshops and 210 checkins in 41 nights out...an average of about five checkins a day. The explanation for all my activity? (1) I'm social by nature and tend to hit a number of places when I go out, and (2) since my city just got added, I've been taking it upon myself to discover and add new locations. Inevitably, I get a number of mayorships along the way.
