can't sync passwords, intro window doesn't load
Can't load sync passwords window. I'd like to use Foxmarks to sync my passwords, but when I select the option, a new window opens that says "introduction" and an image of a lock appears on the right hand side. But the page never loads and the only click-able option is "cancel" so I am not able to continue to where I should be able to set PIN. help! Foxmarks 2.7.2 Firefox info :Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021906 Firefox/3.0.7

Inappropriate?You need to be online when enabling password sync; it makes a request against https://sync.foxmarks.com/sync/passwo..., so if that URL doesn't load, or your Foxmarks username and password aren't entered correctly, then it won't work.
Your foxmarks.log should show more details about what's going on, though it usually contains some encoded information that you wouldn't want to post here. Do you see something like this, though?

...the next "Callback" line after that includes a "data" section that has the sensitive data you want to leave out, but would otherwise be the indication of where the problem is. -
Inappropriate?Almost Done! says I've logged in, but I can't click through to the last window, and I can't download the passwords at all via the tools. Am super frustrated because they're all out there and I can't retrieve them! (I can view bookmarks via the website, but I can't seem to export passwords from there. Grr.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. It looks like you have a corrupt password store in your Firefox profile. If you create a new Firefox profile and reinstall Xmarks, you be up and running.
