Recently active topics in FreeAgent Central tagged with bank account

I've got one payment into my account (various cheques) for various invoices where the amount paid in is greater than the sum of the invoices. Nice problem to have, but how can I explain this transaction?

I'm just moving my business into FreeAgent and I have bank statements going back to last December all uploaded. Trouble is I have some invoice payments I would like to mark as such in FreeAgent but the invoices were all issued from the Billings software that I use on my Mac. I'm not sure what I should mark these invoice payments as on my bank accounts so I can ensure I have an accurate reflection of my revenue.

Is there a howto anywhere explaining how best to set up a PayPal account within FreeAgent then upload transactions?

I've tried uploading the three different CSV options, but nothing is added to my account despite transactions existing in the CSV file. The QIF file uploads ok, but then the entries created in FreeAgent don't seem to tally with what's shown in PayPal.

I need to remove a bank account. How can I do that?
