How can I manually delete a single transaction?

I have a couple of issues :

1 ) I need to delete a user from my account - I only added him when I was messing about but now I am using the system seriously I can't find any way to remove him.

2 ) When creating a new client, I am unable to use the same email address if it already exists for another client. In my case, I have a client with three separate businesses, where he is the main contact. I have had to make up false email addresses just to get him in the system. Is there any good reason for this?

I need to remove a bank account. How can I do that?

it says in the help that i can delete a project but i cannot find anywhere i can do this - help!
