Recently active topics in FreeAgent Central tagged with transactions

When uploading bank statements, transactions were missed in particular they were interest and standing orders but they were in the quicken formatted file.

Also in a similar vein to http://getsatisfaction.com/freeagentc... I had some transaction imported and assigned to explanations when it wasn't correct. I thought I must have ticked use this explanation for everything that looks like this on a previous upload. Could that have been an issue? Does it 'remember' like that?

Is there a howto anywhere explaining how best to set up a PayPal account within FreeAgent then upload transactions?

I've tried uploading the three different CSV options, but nothing is added to my account despite transactions existing in the CSV file. The QIF file uploads ok, but then the entries created in FreeAgent don't seem to tally with what's shown in PayPal.
