Waiting for accountant - stuck in limbo?
I'm just in the process of signing up with your one of your preferred accountants (Nixon Williams), and my trial period of use of the site has run out. I need to access my information but the site won't let me unless I subscribe, which I don't want to do as I'm getting my subscription included in the deal with Nixon Williams. How can I access my data now (or even just export it)?

Inappropriate?It would be a better idea to perhaps 'freeze' data for expired accounts...
i know I've introduced the app to lots of people, who setup a trial, but then take a good few months before they're ready to fully commit...
You might be losing some conversions by locking people out of their trial data?
By freezing data, but keeping it visible, you keep people interested, and when they're ready to actually use it, they can 'thaw' their data with a subscription? -
Inappropriate?@natts - sorry for the delay - that's done now and you have a further month from today.
@guy - sure that would be one way of going about it - but since you could conceivably just catch up with your accounts every few months we would rather users didn't do a quick thaw-refreeze on those occasions..
