Problems with facebook messages and forward/backward buttons

A friend sent me a message from Facebook, but in friendbar appears the photo but no message.
Also, if I click the plus symbol on his photo, it's wide but Firefox hangs.
On the other hand, now the forward/backward buttons between messages doesn't appear.

Inappropriate?What kind of message did your Friend send? Friendbar only shows items from your News Feed, not Facebook mail messages. In future we might consider also showing mail messages, but not currently.
The forward/backward buttons only appear when there is more than one message. If there are zero or one messages the buttons do not appear, as they are not needed.1 Comment

ok, then, what is the meaning of that photo (of a new friend in facebook) without nothing more? Why Firefox hangs when I press the photo?
There was more than 1 message, but the behavior of this bar is very unstable, at least in linux.
I found a program for Linux that applies to: facebook, twitter, etc,... Gwibber
