I want a new "ME" & and a new Pword...........

I am trying to change my Avatar, and my Password. Neither is working right now. Can I get help with this? (I was trying this in Google Chrome, and then tried it in FF. Both aren't working for this switch) I'm doing this in Lifehacker.
