Cannot randomize account icon

I'm tring to randomize my account icon and nothing happens. I'm using Firefox 3.0.1 and the Error Console tells me that avs[idx] is undefined. The avs array inside the onclick seems to be empty, who ate all the cupcakes?

I accidentally removed admin access. How can I restore that for my account?

Was trying to figure out the admin panel and selected official rep. Wasn't able to change it back.

Problem with my account credentials

There is a problem with my Get Satisfaction account. I am registered with my primary email address, and it has been verified. However, when I try logging in, my credentials are rejected, and when I enter my email address in the forgotten password box, the response is that the email address is not registered. The only way I am able to login again, is to retrieve my welcome email and click on email validation link. And once logged in, it doesn't accept my old password for a password change. Help!

None of my email addresses are recognized when trying to recover my password. I'm trying to clean house on our Piledriver Creative account, but for the life of me, the pass that was working on October 22 is no more.

Whenever I visit the edit account page, I'm redirected to http://getsatisfaction.com/session/new , but still see that I'm logged in ("Hi RobLoach (Account)").

Are people required to set up an account with Get Satisfaction in order to use it?

If so, that's a big barrier for them to give us feedback. Would it be possible for them to only supply an e-mail address, nickname and respond to a captcha? That way they could quickly participate here without having to register and confirm by e-mail, yet without the risk for spam.

Love the look of @getsatisfaction 's new Help Center - but GS site wants me to log in to look. I already am logged in! What's going on?

I'm really digging Get Satisfaction and its API. The user interface is intuitive, and I love the dynamic topic suggestions and all of the little touches ("Give your discussion a great title" makes me eager to please the forum gods). Ultimately, I have a burning desire to integrate Get Satisfaction with our website for feedback (myvidoop.com).

Unfortunately, there's a problem. We don't want our users to go through yet another page of internet paperwork (and remembering another password!) just so they can get an answer to a question--even though the sign up process is very simple and even though it is a one time cost per user. If a user has a problem with our site, why should she have to submit it with a different account on a different site? What can we do to fix this admittedly hard problem?

duplicate accounts/roles

I accidentally clicked upgrade a user to employee of our company twice and now there are two entries for that person, one that is an employee roll and one that is not. I can delete one or the other or both and it always goes back to the same state. If I delete both entries, one will always remain. It is annoying, plus make me unsure that that person will be an emp. role. Thanks

i am able to login to my old (accidentally deleted and then recreated account) account now and everything seems fine. thanks again.
