Some of you may have noticed over the past few days some strange issues with our topic pages. Replies and comments would disappear and reappear.

I've tracked down the problem and solved it. You shouldn't be seeing this particular behavior again. I can go into the details of the cause and solution if anyone is interested.

I apologize for any frustrations.

faux dropdown for companies breaks browser user experience

The company name faux search drop down (ajax interface) breaks safari (at least) tab behavior. It's impossible to tab out of this box once you get stuck in... this is a real pain from a 'quick' user perspective.

It won't save my company URL I believe it meets the conditions Http://too-bad-dogs-inc.com
I get an error message that says: Domain can't be saved. Please only use letters, numbers, underscores or dashes for your company's url on Get Satisfaction

"Access Denied" error when changing status of topics in the Management View

When changing the status of all the items in my Topics list I sometimes get an "Access Denied" error. The progress wheel in the dropdown keeps spinning, but the status never updates. After refreshing the page the status has not changed.

Password reset is forceably on http and not https. this is _very_ bad.

The password reset link should forceably stay on https, as it stands it won't even go there if you put it in yourself. This really applies to _all_ other token verification... c'mon guys, this is web 1.0!!!!

Hi,
we have integrated your feedback code with our application. When I post a message like "Ask a question or Give praise" about our Product then it is showing some error "There was a problem sending your feedback. Please try again." .
Now help me please.

why do I have to keep resetting my password?

this keeps happening if I haven't logged in within 24 hours of my last login.
when i try to log in it will not take my password it says that its wrong. so i have to click forgot my password and i put the same password it was and then it loggs me in.
This has been happening ever since i signed up here
Can something please be done about this?

The Feedback widget doesn't work because our site is using Flash.

Your "report a problem" process doesn't work if company doesn't list a product (co. is Zannel.com)

TWO PROBLEMS:

First one: I tried to use your site to report a problem with Zannel.com, but YOUR site won't let me submit a question or problem report since there's no "product" listed in step 2 for Zannel. (I tried entering every letter of the alphabet.) This is a problem. Why do you let companies set up a page without entering any products, then require those products to be listed in order for end users to user your service?

Second one: Here's the Zannel.com problem: I tried texting "Join" from my phone to 5888, but it's not working. Several other users are having the same problem. I'm one of the organizers of an event that will be encouraging our attendees to use Zannel.com tomorrow, but I don't want to promote the process for mobile signing-up for Zannel if it doesn't work.

Just to let you know about small bug.

In my comment which was posted more than 15 minutes ago I see only "(Delete or )" .... which looks a little bit strange ;)

When I select this text there is "(Delete or Edit for 15 minutes) " copied ... so I guess second part is hidden in CSS on purpose (because there is more than 15 minutes).

Still there should be no "or" in this text :)

I signed up and can log in with the password I was emailed, but when I try to change it I get a message that the "canonical name" (same as nickname?) is taken. I cannot make any changes at all to my account. Bummer!

The direct links at the bottom of each company page (ask question, share and idea, etc) are no longer in sync with the main feedback section on each company page. You changed 'discussion' to praise but did not carry that through to the direct page links on the bottom.

I'm sure it's fairly uncommon these days, but when cookies are turned off, you can't sign in to Get Satisfaction, and worse, there is no error message explaining that, nor how to correct the issue.

CSS for Feedback widget sometimes does not load

I tried putting the feedback widget on our site, Mixbook.com, and sometimes the CSS does not load so it looks like crap (sorry guys). This also happens from time to time on getsatisfaction.com, which is a HUGE pain for our customers. How can I ensure that this is not going to happen?

"Topics in " search doesn't return any results.

When I type a search term in to the "Topics in <company>" search box, zero results are returned. This happens even if I know that a topic exists with that word in the name. I have tried more than 5 searches.

I first found this problem with the company "Less Everything". But I also got it with the company "Get Satisfaction"</company>
