406 Not Acceptable Error in Feedback Widget

I clear all my cookies, log in to our site, the fastpass cookie is set for the user, then I click the Feedback widget, ask a question, click continue and nothing happens. I do notice that a 406 Not Acceptable Error is returned in Firebug from the ajax call. If I now go to our community site. It shows me logged in. Then if I go back to our site and use the feedback widget it works.
