Allow DBCS titles and searches

We would love to see getsat translated into other languages (Chinese, Japanese, French, and German specifically), but this is discussed at length here.

For now, we are using the getsat widgets, and we think we can get by with that for a little while. The problem that we see is more basic. The site does not recognize double-byte (Chinese/Japanese) characters in the title. For example, if you give the title of: もしもし你好 the site will give a warning that the title must contain at least one word. (As a workaround, you can enter any ascii character and then the Chinese text.) It would be great if the title could be fixed to recognize these characters as words.

The other part of this is that search does not find Chinese characters. You can create a post with the characters above, then search for the same characters and nothing is found.

If you could fix the title field and the search, the data entry part of internationalization would be done. Thanks!
