Data Entry issue with widget in Firefox 3.5.3
This was originally posted as a comment on the topic "Firefox Display Issues." Thor suggested I start a new topic.
We have a user who reported an issue when using Firefox 3.5.3 on Windows Vista. For this user, the text entry fields were not active. He was not able to type in any of them.
He did write that Get Satisfaction worked fine for him in IE.
Any suggestions?

Hi Treden, we should probably create a new topic for this as it sounds like a very different issue. In general, though, most widget issues are either the result of conflicts between our Javascript and the Javascript on the host web site (which we don't control). Sometimes there are local browser/OS issues that can lead to strange effects that cannot be replicated in a generalized QA environment.

Inappropriate?We'll test this setup again and see if we can replicate it. In general, we haven't seen this, but if there's a replicatable bug we'll get it fixed.
