Inappropriate?No, you don't have to be logged in to Get Satisfaction to use it.
If you're not logged in, the widget can log you in. If you're not a Get Satisfaction user, the widget can sign you up if you like. If you don't want anything to do with Get Satisfaction (and provided the company has included a feedback@companyname.com address), you can send private feedback to the company, and we'll simply transmit that information.
