I can't unfollow a product I don't want to be associated with
Not a good first impression of Get Satisfaction...
Here's what I did:
1. Click the "Products & Companies" tab.
2. Page says "You might be interested in: GayCities" -- I am very *not* interested in this.
3. I clicked "Rate", hoping I could rate it low and make it go away. It presented the question "How likely is it that you would recommend them to a friend or colleague?" -- to which I responded "0 - Never".
I returned to my profile and under "Products & Companies you use" it lists the company I *JUST* said I would never recommend!

I promptly clicked the "Remove" button to remove the company, but it will not go away! It still shows on my profile!
That describes my first 5 minutes on GetSatisfaction. Please remove it from my profile. Why did this happen in the first place?

Inappropriate?Oh sorry! That is unfortunate, and falls into a nasty edge case that we're working on remedying with a new dashboard and profile.
In the meantime, we'll work on expunging that.

Yeah, unfortunately, it's not. You triggered an edge case. However, it's been removed now. The cache just needs to clear.
