How can I use GS for individual customer service issues?
Can Getsatisfaction work to support individual customer service related issues at the same time as being a community support platform. We are an airline and as such the majority of request coming in are related to a particular journey of a customer.

Inappropriate?Yes, you can certainly use us for that. A lot of companies do. We also integrate with Zendesk, a very cool and affordable ticketing system, if you are wanting to track individual tickets customers might have and respond to them privately.
