Inappropriate?The single best way to ensure that Get Satisfaction helps your customer is to make sure that they know the community is here. Use one of our widgets on your FAQ or help pages to surface the information from the GS community.
They'll be happy and you'll find that your volume of support email goes down, too.
p.s. I wish I was in the UK ... your food looks delicious.

Inappropriate?Thanks Scott, we have much in plan for GetSatisfaction, it's early days, but we're mentioning the community in our next newsletter, and there's now a feature link to it on our homepage.
Currently our FAQ is more "questions we'd like you to ask" than "questions you've actually asked" so we're using this as a bit of an insight gathering tool as well.
If we ever open up shop in America, I'll let you know!
