How does Get Satisfaction monitor the Twittersphere?

@getsatisfaction can now monitor the twittersphere for members: http://snurl.com/2a27 Trying to figure out how it works. Anyone know more?
I have this question, too!
Tell me when someone answers.
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?Hi, EverythingHQ. It works pretty much like this:
Basically, we monitor our Overheard page, which keep track of all the recent tweets that mention Get Satisfaction (thanks to a nifty tool provided by our pals at Summize.)
When we see one like yours, which clearly needs an answer, we just click the "Reply through Get Satisfaction" button next to the tweet and it starts a topic like this one and also gives us an opportunity to respond. Once this topic and response is submitted, Overheard sends off a tweet of its own as an @ reply to you, to let you know that a conversation has started in Get Satisfaction in response to your initial tweet. And that's about it!
Actually, two more things: Anybody can start a conversation based on a tweet, not just employees of the company. And Overheard works for any company in our system -- like Comcast or Method Home or Whole Foods. Also, you can see a page with all the @replies we've sent out with this feature by checking out our Twitter profile.
Hope that helps!

Inappropriate?it's already happening for every organization in the system, including yours. here's the overheard page for school of everything.
you can also edit the words it uses to scan tweets by going into the admin section of your site (that link's only gonna work for school of everything admins, folks.) -
Inappropriate?I had a bit of a play - I get it now. Awesome! Really impressed, both with your responsiveness and also with the integration.
