I'd like to set the default product for the feedback widget.
The feedback widget should allow me to specify the default product that feedback is about.
Where I'm placing this, it's specific to a single product, but a user is required to expand an "optional" box and select the product before it gets organized on my side properly. That seems quite unnecessary.

Inappropriate?I'm in total agreement with adding the ability to select a default product. I would also like to have the ability to select a default subject (share an idea, ask a question, report a problem, etc.) -

Inappropriate?I am interested in this feature. However, I cannot find where to set this. Last post was months ago on this. I'm in the product and I click the link to get a widget. There is no default selection of the product.

For me it works by going to the Widgets menu along the top and then clicking the "Get the code for this widget" below each widget type. In the screen that opens the very first field is "Product" with a drop down list of the products available. Select from it and complete the form as required.
Is this still by invitation only? If so you might have to email Thor Muller as indicated in his reply from 4 months ago. -
