Is there a way to style the Satisfaction pages?
Is there, or will there be, a way to style the Satisfaction pages? I love the way I can integrate the initial "Find topics", and "Recent threads" widgets into our site (http://www.songbirdnest.com/node/2260), but it's a bit jarring when you click through and you've clearly crossed out and left the site.

Inappropriate? Not sure that we have plans to allow customizing of pages on getsatisfaction.com as we like to keep a little uniformity around here. Don't way to go all MySpace on our users. However, we're actually building out our API and white label right now so there will be a way to keep things in the nest, so to speak.
I’m nesting right now

Inappropriate? An API would be swell-tastic. I think we can wait for that. Any ETA or public roadmap I can peek at at all?
I’m a fan of APIs

Inappropriate? We're trying to get it out before the end of the year, promise. Check the blog -- we'll post announcements there as we have stuff out! Sorry I can't be more specific than that right now, but it's definitely a work-in-progress.

Inappropriate?Hey twitter has a custom satisfaction-powered help, no fair!
In more grown up terms, I've got my little company interested in using satisfaction for their help and contact pages but have branding concerns about linking out. So any news about the status, pricing or setup (self-service or one offs?) of the white label service would be great!
Also, a bit of javascript feedback - I entered this comment and then was prompted to create an account, during which it got hung on the confirmation popup and never posted the comment itself (FF 2.0.0.11 on OS X 10.5.1) -
Inappropriate?Al, Twitter is just using our freely available widgets which they've styled with some crafty CSS. You can do the same thing. If you're interested in being part of the early beta of our "white label" system ping me directly at thor at getsatisfaction dot com.
I'll let the team know about that sad little bug. -
Inappropriate?Hi Al,
Twitter is using the widgets we provide for every company using Satisfaction.
We helped them integrate it and would be happy to help you. They use a combination of both of the widgets.

The white label service is currently in development. We'll be sure to let everyone know when that service has become available.
Also thanks for reporting the js problem. Looking into it now.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? For the record, we're still working on the API, along with a "white label" app based on the API, and built in PHP, that companies will be able to use to host Satisfaction entirely under their own domain. As happens with these things, it's taking us longer than we want to get it done, but we're working hard to get it out in the January/February time frame.
Or, like Amy said, soon!
I’m working on it!

Inappropriate?Oh sweet sweetness, look at those speedy replies. You kids rock!
I'm really glad to hear that I can start hacking the widgets for a Twitter-like experience for our customer feedback, I'll get cracking on that right away. We're in private beta as well, a really early stage in fact and are building out the user base a handful at a time, so we're looking to remove as much friction in the feedback process as possible. It'd be invaluable for product development!
And I'd love to get our company in on some white label action, pinging Thor now...
I’m excited
