Login covered by video
On your main page the login box is covered by the stupid video, as is the search drop-down list. Using Firefox 3.5. I see others are reporting the search drop-down issue, but not the login issue.
FWIW, login to Get Satisfaction has ALWAYS been a royal PITA. I'd never use your service for that reason alone. I'm sure I'd spend more time helping customers login to your service than helping their support issues.

Inappropriate?Hi Biscuit. We have a fix for that pending deploy.
As for login, you know a.) we have a single sign-on option that allows companies to pass in their logged in users, and b.) we just released the option to login with Facebook and other third party options. Generally speaking, and particularly since launching the new system, we don't have many problems logging people in.
If you still think it sucks, I'd love to know how you suggest we improve it.
