Logout FastPass
When I log out of my company's site (qa.mixamo.com) how do I log out of our community Get Satisfaction (community.mixamo.com) site? I'm using the cookie fast pass method and it shows me as still logged in on our community site even though I deleted the FastPass cookie.

Inappropriate? This is another one I'll need to pull in someone with some expertise for. Stay tuned.

Inappropriate?I'd like to add that even if a new user logs in on the same machine to our company site, the old user still stays logged in to GS. Looks like GS credentials supersede FastPass cookie credentials.
Hope this helps to troubleshoot the problem. Thanks!
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? We will clear the necessary cookies and send users along to the url you specify If you send your users to http://commmunity.mixamo.com/logout?r...
The cookies we use to determine a user's login state are considered part of our internal API. We want to make sure that if we change our login system (as we have recently) we don't break other people's integrations.
Does that help?

Inappropriate? Thanks for your response Scott. While this helps to logout users who logout explicitly, it does not help with users that logout by the timeout.
I.e. normally we make our login cookies live for certain period of time (e.g. 1 day), and after that they expire. We can do the same for the FastPass cookie that we set, however that doesn't work, does it? User will stay logged in into the GS indefinitely.
Is there any way for us to control how long user stays logged in into the GS? If not, is it a feature request that you will entertain?
I’m upset that there are so many bugs in GS

Inappropriate? Our login cookies themselves are just session cookies. When the user closes their browser, we log them out. We don't use time expiration. I can add it onto the feature requests.

It might be useful to note that the Fastpass cookie you set it just used as a one time communication mechanism. We delete it ourselves after we validate the url and store it in the user's session.
