Promote Plan and the Management View
I've upgraded my company to a Promote Plan, however I still do not see any of the Management View upgrades that I should get according to this page http://getsatisfaction.com/features . For example I am unable to update a Topics status. I upgraded yesterday if that helps. Thank you

Inappropriate?I believe the enhanced management view starts with the Manage plan.

Inappropriate?Under "Topic Moderation Tools" , item 3 "Effortlessly close the loop with issues". This option is not available to me.
What "plan" is this option part of? -
