Some quick Help Center bugs
The Help Center doesn't work on Windows platforms, as they don't have the strptime() function. This can be substituted with strftime() with no negative effects.
Also, line 258 in Satisfaction.php doesn't need the &, as PHP uses it as a reference anyway. It causes a warning with it there though.

Inappropriate?With the & on line 258 in satisfaction.php I get an error/warning (see other topic), when I remove it I just get a blank screen.
Nope, wait just read a reply in another topic, blank page thing is caused by missing templates_c. All fixed.

That's because you don't have either Smarty or HTTP Request installed, as per the INSTALL document. I had the same problem. -
