Split postings and limit access

TicketLeap would love it if we could have two different groups of questions- one for people who haven't started using TL yet and are shopping, and another for actual site users. It would help us show shoppers the things they want to know, and users the things that they want to know, making the help and support more streamlined. Is this possible?

In other words, we would have a group of questions available through the home page, and another after sign-in.
