twitter profile verification!
Hi folks: I'm very uncomfortable with the idea that anyone can post any twitter profile without verification to their GS profile. Odds of this changing? Please let me know.
Thanks!

Inappropriate?I think I don't understand the details. When you say post a Twitter profile, can you give me some more background or rephrase? I'll do my best to get a good response, but I'm not sure I fully get it. Thanks!

Inappropriate?thanks for replying, eric. I'll rephrase: can you explain to me the "save and sync" with a twitter account feature? What does this do? Would it update my twitter feed whenever I write something on my GS profile, or would it update my GS profile every time I write something on twitter? If this is the case, I suggest that GS users be required verify that they are the owners of the twitter profiles that they wish to sync with.
Let me know if that's any clearer.
I’m undecided

Inappropriate? We don't push content from our service to Twitter streams like that. If you want to tweet a problem to share with folks on Twitter, you can do that, but you have to enter a username and password. We also don't display your tweets as part of your Get Satisfaction profile.
Save and sync? I'm not sure I've seen that verbiage. Is it possible to take a screen shot or point me to the URL you're seeing this? -
Inappropriate?see screenshot below for picture of "save and sync" button. (a similar option was offered when I opened my GS account) If this is the case, than what does this twitter-syncing feature do?

Thanks for your prompt replies.
I’m still unclear

Inappropriate?Ah, I see now. When you create an account on Get Satisfaction, you can choose to sync your avatar, tagline -- that kind of profile detail. It doesn't publish any of your tweets on Get Satisfaction -- nor does it publish your activity on Get Satisfaction to Twitter. Basically, it's a way to just import some of your account details from another social network so you don't have to enter them.
