Un-Mark Questions as "Answered"
We should be able to mark a question as not actually having been answered.
Many times, an employee will mark a question or problem as having been answered or resolved, but, in fact it really hasn't been, and it's annoying, since the employees might not continue following the topic.

The company has this under consideration.

Inappropriate?YES. PLEASE. So many times have I wanted to say "This did NOT answer my/the question"
I feel like that company just marks it as answered and sweeps it off the table.
I’m feeling insignificant
-
Inappropriate?Yes, you're right. And we do have a feature on our product roadmap that will facilitate this. Thanks so much for the suggestion and vote!
I’m confident this will be implemented at some point
-
Hooray!!
Any idea when we could expect to see it implemented? -
This was nearly a year ago.
Has the "roadmap" been followed or has this been abandoned? -
Hi. We do still have plans around what we call "resolution" with regards to issues being solved which should hopefully address these scenarios. I'll ask someone from our product team to chime in and speak more knowledgeably about this. I do know that we've got a LOT of features on our roadmap, all of which take time. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get to this one yet. -
Just chiming in to say that the product team *really* wants to implement this. It is still in the road map but I don't have a specific date for when this will happen. :( -
Inappropriate?I second the request.
Sometimes the company does not understand the request and "answers" it wrongly. Being able to "re-open" it and vote for a "this does not answer" would be great.
I’m confident that will be implemente sometime before I'm old! :P

Inappropriate?Yep same here. I have just had a topic marked answered by an employee when it's not a satisfactory answer at all.
I’m meh.
