What happened to "read more" for each topic
What happened to the quick "read more" view for each topic/question? Now I have to load every topic in order to simply see the summary?

Don't fret... The plan is to bring those back in a better way soon after launch.
We're thinking of using a tooltip when you hover over the topic's title that would show description, answers, topics stats, etc.

Inappropriate?The "Read more" preview function is indeed gone. I will share your "lame" opinion with the rest of the team. Maybe they will want to bring it back at some point.

Inappropriate?Sorry if this comes across as negative... Its just that I have only just begun using get satisfaction and I find that many of the things that I liked seem to have been removed in this update.
I think the "show more" quick preview was a great feature and didn't require switching from the topic list to find a topic that I needed more info about.
In the old design you didn't have to dive in as much and it was much quicker to find answers IMO -

Inappropriate?A clickable tooltip would be ideal... although I was fond of the way it was displayed inline in the previous iteration.
A tooltip that is displayed on hover would be less desirable though because it requires you to pause and wait for the summary to be displayed... -

@Ted Grubb what do you mean more stats?
I think it should be treated as "Peek Inside" of some sort
gives you first 2 lines of the initial topic and maybe a representative smiley from "The mood in here". Also maybe a sentence like "X more replays by X people" thats about it.

Inappropriate?I'm not sure it'd be annoying. I like how the tooltip on hover works for people's icons. It loads quickly and it doesn't look bad, so if something equally elegant and quick can be implemented for topic titles, I'd be happy with it.
Otherwise, as Zkaka mentioned, a clickable tooltip would be ok as long as it doesn't take too much space.
