What if I can't upload a file to my company's main website to verify it?
Closely related to another topic, "How do I identify myself as being a company representative?" I would like to know what my options are if I can't upload the fingerprint to complete the Company Website confirmation process.

Sure. Get in touch with us at info [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com -- to let us know. We can add your company's official domain as the email domain for your Get Satisfaction site. Once that's set, any employees who sign up for Get Satisfaction with their official work email address should automatically be added as employees to your Get Satisfaction site.

Eric... I guess it doesnt work becuase another employee signed up and it doesn't appear as an employee, he needed to add himself as employee....so it doesn't work or is like that? I dont see the difference as a normal sign up ....

Inappropriate?Charles, I think what you're asking is how to redo the domain verification step when adding your company's domain to Get Satisfaction. The way to do that, if you are an admin for your company, is to make sure you're within http://getsatisfaction.com/travelonomy and look for the "Admin" link in the upper right corner. Once there, visit the "Accounts & Roles" section. The bottom of the page there will have a tool there to access the file you need to upload:
All that said, I went ahead and added your domain for you... You won't have to do any of that!

I can access the verification file from the browser (which handles the redirection), but your verification doesn't seem to like this. Your domain was successfully added even though an error was shown. You can see that it was added by going into your admin section and clicking on "Employees & Roles". Everyone registered using the domain you specified has been automatically added to your community with employee status.
We are aware of the error and a fix is in the works. Please let us know if you have any other issues.
